Elevation gap resolved. Audited every leg against Lucci's own supplied 2026 GPX track (52,829 GPS points) — now treated as authoritative over the commonly-cited 12,064 ft manual figure. Corrected two legs with real drift (Ranch TH→Homestead TH and Homestead TH→Spruce Mountain, up to 51 ft each); the other eleven were already within a few feet. New verified total: 11,709 ft gain / 11,936 ft loss (the true sum of the 13 rounded per-leg figures below — see the table's Cum Gain/Cum Loss columns). Doesn't change any single leg's pacing target.

Pacing rebalanced — 17:56 total holds exactly. Three legs had unrealistic splits — Willow Lake Ramada→Willow Lake water was hiking-slow (15.9 min/mi) while Willow Lake water→Peavine TH was faster than elite road pace (6.7 min/mi), an internal mis-split of one combined race-book window; Spruce Mountain→Finish assumed a 6.6 min/mi pace at mile 89+, well past plausible even on the day's biggest descent. Rebalanced those three to 11.4 / 10.0 / 9.2 min/mi — and since 17:56 is a hard requirement, not just a target, every other leg was tightened by a small, uniform amount (~3.3%) to hold the exact same 17:56:00 finish rather than let it slip.
